How to Navigate our Site
Our website is designed to inspire and educate people around the globe on the practice of integrative design for radical energy efficiency.
The Amory Lovins page provides inspiration and background.
On the home page, you'll find our menu of clickable icons that will take you to each topic page. We encourage you to begin with the Integrative Design for Radical Energy Efficiency module in order to ensure a foundational understanding of concepts that apply throughout the learning hub. From there, we suggest visiting the Pillars of Integrative Design page, which has links to a page for each of the integrative design pillars that includes a summary, key questions, and examples.
After getting comfortable with the pillars of integration design, we suggest working through the remaining modules in order, but you can also dive right into a specific area of interest if you prefer.
Once you select a topic, you will find a list of options for exploring the content, which may include:
- Introduction: An overview of the topic you will be exploring.
- Before You Watch Our Lecture: A list of carefully curated videos and readings we assign to our Stanford students as pre-work for each lecture.
- Our Lecture: A video recording of the full Stanford Integrative Design for Radical Energy Efficiency course lecture.
- Additional Resources: Our favorite data sources and resources for exploring further beyond our site.
For the most complete learning experience, we encourage you to work through all of the information presented for a topic, just as you would if you were a student taking the class at Stanford.
